こんにゃく糊（のり）の素となる、こんにゃく芋を原料にしたこんにゃく粉です。
こんにゃく粉を水に溶かすことで天然のコーティング剤ができます。カップに沸かしたお湯を入れて小さじ1/2杯のこんにゃく粉（2.5ｍｌ）を入れ、まぜあわせてつくります。とろみのあるこんにゃくのりは和紙の毛羽立ちを防ぎ、和紙を長持ちさせます。食べるこんにゃくの素なので、口にふれても安心です。昔から伝わる和紙を補強する天然のコーティング剤がこのこんにゃく粉でつくれます。
